We are seeking a compassionate and proactive leader to join our team as a Senior Support Worker for nights. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our Service Users.

CFT Care Ltd is a respected care provider based in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. We specialize in supported living, empowering our Service Users to lead independent lives in their own flats or bungalows.

The Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-Day Management: Oversee the efficient and effective running of services, providing essential support to your team and maintaining top-tier standards.
  • Documentation: Keep all records and organisational documentation accurate, up-to-date, and of the highest quality.
  • Welfare Promotion: Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of the individuals we support, ensuring their dignity and privacy are always respected.
  • Team Support: Lead your team by example, fostering positive relationships with those we care for and ensuring a supportive environment.

  • Quick Thinking: Adaptable and resourceful, you can think on your feet and handle challenges as they arise.
