The RoleAs a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-Day Management: Oversee the efficient and effective running of services, providing essential support to your team and maintaining top-tier standards.
- Documentation: Keep all records and organisational documentation accurate, up-to-date, and of the highest quality.
- Welfare Promotion: Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of the individuals we support, ensuring their dignity and privacy are always respected.
- Team Support: Lead your team by example, fostering positive relationships with those we care for and ensuring a supportive environment.
