Support Worker Role

We're seeking a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Support Worker, you will join our team in Clacton and provide part-time relief support to adults with mild learning disabilities and some mental health issues.

Our service users live in a homely atmosphere, and we provide supported living in a low-support scheme. Our experienced staff assist each service user to live independently, and we adapt our approach to meet their individual needs.

We encourage our service users to take ownership of their support and participate in various activities, including seeking employment or voluntary work. Our ideal Support Worker will possess a caring, patient nature, the ability to follow instructions, and effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
