Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Account Executive to join our team at Culina Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and resolve client queries within agreed timescales
  • Identify and escalate issues/complaints to the appropriate person and see them through to resolution
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor service levels through reporting and forecasting
  • Own the maintenance of Client Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Liaise with suppliers and external contacts as needed
  • Produce accurate client invoices and supporting documentation
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Own the creation and issuance of client reports
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in account management or a related field
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
