Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Account Executive to join our team at Culina Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and resolve client queries within agreed timescales
  • Identify and escalate issues/complaints to the appropriate person and see them through to resolution
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor service levels through reporting and ensure timely circulation of reports
  • Understand contracted KPIs and their impact on business performance
  • Own and maintain Client Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Liaise with suppliers and external contacts as necessary
  • Produce accurate client invoices and supporting documentation within expected timeframes
  • Investigate and resolve any issues with client invoices
  • Own the creation and issuance of client reports, ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in account management or a related field
  • Previous experience working in logistics/warehousing
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
