Client Services Account Executive

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Client Services Account Executive to join our team at the Culina Group site. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and delivering results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to meet their needs
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and report on service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution
Requirements:
- Previous experience in account management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Commercial awareness and understanding of logistics and supply chain management
