Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Account Executive to join our team at Culina Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate issues or complaints to the appropriate person and ensure they are resolved
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor service levels and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Own and maintain Client Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Liaise with suppliers and external contacts as needed
  • Produce accurate client invoices and supporting documentation
  • Investigate and resolve any issues with client invoices
  • Own the creation and issuance of client reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in account management or a related field
  • Previous experience working in logistics or warehousing
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
