Nuclear Reactor Performance Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Reactor Performance Analyst to join our team at Holtec Britain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing fault studies and supporting the development of the fault studies chapter of the Safety Case for submission to the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) for use in the Generic Design Assessment (GDA).

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce fault studies and support the development of the fault studies chapter of the Safety Case for submission to the ONR for use in the GDA.
* Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design the next generation nuclear power station.
* Develop computer models to assess the performance of the plant in design basis and beyond design basis fault conditions.
* Support the development of the Fault Studies and Severe Accidents safety case sections of the Safety Case for submission in the Holtec SMR GDA.
* Coach and mentor team members to develop their technical and personal skills.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external organizations, including the nuclear regulators.

Requirements:
* Degree qualified in an engineering or science related discipline.
* Excellent credentials in principles of fault studies.
* Strong understanding of thermal hydraulic behavior of nuclear reactors under steady state and transient conditions.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage credibly within and external to the business.
* Eligible to work under 10 CFR Part 810.
