Fault Studies Team Lead

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in deterministic safety analysis, with a strong understanding of nuclear reactor behavior and regulatory requirements. As a seasoned professional, you will lead a team of engineers in producing high-quality safety case documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of fault studies, severe accidents, and internal/external hazards safety case documentation.
- Provide line management, coaching, and mentoring to develop technical and personal skills within the team.
- Interact with regulators, explaining analytical methods and models for fault studies and hazard assessments.
Competitive Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
