The ideal candidate will have an NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and be willing to complete Level 3. They will also have experience in administering medication and maintaining accurate records.

As a Home Care Supervisor, your key duties will include:

  • Supervising a team of care assistants to ensure that they provide high-quality care to our residents
  • Supporting residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in various activities that support their health and wellbeing
  • Administering medication and maintaining clear and accurate records

The estimated salary for this role is up to £31,231.20 per annum. Benefits include 28 days holiday, life assurance, and access to nationally recognised training courses and qualifications.
