Elderly Care Manager

Delivering exceptional care and services to elderly individuals in a Good-rated purpose-built home. This role offers a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced manager who can lead by example, build trusting relationships with residents, and drive the home's operations forward.
About the Role- Manage all aspects of the Home's operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and meeting financial targets.
- Develop and implement high-quality care programs that meet or exceed company standards, promoting resident well-being and happiness.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in residential care management, with a strong understanding of dementia care and support. A passion for delivering outstanding care services, combined with excellent leadership skills, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, training, and development.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in care delivery and resident-centered practice.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including up to £64,000 per annum + Performance Bonus, life assurance, and 33 days annual leave allowance. The Company provides bespoke induction and training programs, pension contributions, and a recommend-a-friend paid scheme.
