We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to join SGS Care Ltd and lead our team in delivering high-quality services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of residential homes, complying with relevant legislation and policies. They will also lead and mentor a compassionate care team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Ensure effective management of residential homes, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and develop a skilled care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement tailored care plans for each young person, focusing on their well-being and development.
  • Staff Support and Development: Provide ongoing support and supervision to staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee individual and team performance, ensuring excellence in service delivery and quality assurance.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and value for money.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain high standards in living environments and ensure all documentation meets statutory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Work with internal and external professionals to meet the care needs of young people.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Develop and implement creative and innovative programs to enhance care quality and services.

What We Offer:
