Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Specialist.
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is competitive, ranging from £12.50 to £25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to a generous hourly rate, we offer a range of benefits, including fully paid training, mentorship programs, and ongoing support from our office team.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with personal care, including bathing and dressing;
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping;
- Accompanying clients to appointments;
- Providing companionship and social interaction;
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
You will also need to be able to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
