Job DescriptionYou will be part of an inclusive team providing support in various settings, including individuals' homes or out in the community. Your role may involve helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, and assisting with daily tasks. This can be a fun and rewarding yet challenging and demanding role.
Requirements- No previous experience or qualifications are required as we provide free, Skills for Care endorsed full training.
- You should be compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- You must be a self-starter with a high level of motivation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with confidence, articulateness, and professionalism.
- You should be keen to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems.

- You will receive an annualised hours contract, ensuring a guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles, plus overtime opportunities.
