About the Opportunity

Role Summary

We are seeking a Talent Development Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality learning and development activities and developing a forward-looking Leadership & Management Development programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) across the business, reporting findings and recommending bespoke solutions.
  • Effectively lead, manage and motivate the Learning & Development, Quality, and Induction functions.

This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing people and organisational capabilities. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
