About the Role

We Are Adam is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Training Administrator based in Manchester.

This role offers hybrid working with 2 days per week on site in the office, based in Droylsden.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training records, collaborating with departments, and ensuring accurate data upload to the LMS.

The role requires a flexible approach and the ability to react quickly and confidently to business needs.

The salary for this position is up to £28,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection and validation of historical training records.
  • Collaboration with all departments to collect and validate historical training records, including attendance registers and certificates.
  • Ensure all training data is accurately uploaded to the LMS.
  • Work with the L&OD Manager to identify and address gaps in training records or compliance requirements.
  • Support the organisation and filing of training-related documentation.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of LMS content and ensure data integrity within the system.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel.
  • Experience of using a Learning Management System (desirable).
