Job Title

Our ideal candidate will be an Organisational Development Specialist responsible for leading the provision of a high-quality and responsive HR service.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the team to ensure delivery of an excellent and accurate HR service, develop team members to achieve exceptional performance, and oversee HR operations.

  • Team Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve staff engagement and organisational development.
  • Oversee HR Administration: Supervise the HR team in all aspects of HR Administration, monitor HR inboxes, ensure employees' records are maintained accurately, and review relevant HR documentation.
  • Supervision of Recruitment and Onboarding Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes, implement accessible guidance and support, ensure compliance with all pre-employment checks, and liaise with Payroll team.
Key Requirements

This role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, proven leadership capabilities, and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification, a CIPD qualification, and three to five years of HR generalist experience.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum. Benefits include company pension, free parking, private medical insurance, and on-site parking.

Typical working hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm.
