Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

This role is part of The Growth Company's Made Smarter team, which aims to deliver organisational and workforce development advice to ambitious business owners and senior managers of SMEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the Made Smarter OD team and TAS Advisers to ensure that client companies can receive support on their digital transformation journey.
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email, assessing their business needs using appropriate tools, processes and systems where required.
Requirements
  • Degree level business education or degree level qualification with a management body OR relevant business experience.
  • Understanding of the digital skills arena including funded/non-funded provision, Apprenticeship Levy and national/local priorities.

The expected salary range for this position is approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per year, considering the location and industry standards.
