Site HR and Organisational Development Lead

Müller Milk & Ingredients is recruiting for a Site HR and Organisational Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the site HR team and driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency and drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who can bring their expertise in employment law and HR metrics to this role. If you have experience in workforce planning and development, strong analytical thinking and project management skills, and effective communication and relationship-building abilities, we would love to hear from you.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including up to 15% annual bonus, 4 x life assurance policy, £550 car allowance or company car, partner private medical insurance, and enhanced maternity and paternity family leave.
