Job Overview:

Jobit seeks an experienced Childcare Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our therapeutic residential home.

This full-time, permanent role comes with a competitive salary range of £33,250 - £35,750 and a 40-hour work week.

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care to vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Care and Therapeutic Placement Plans to ensure children's emotional and mental health needs are met.
  • Conduct supervision, appraisals, and performance reviews for the staff team.
  • Oversee the completion of regulatory paperwork, logs, and reports.
  • Lead the team in planning and delivering activities tailored to children's needs.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in childcare with a proven track record as a senior leader.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Valid UK driving licence is required.
