Lead Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Therapist to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. The successful candidate will assist the Home Manager in overseeing the daily running of a therapeutic residential home.
The Lead Therapist will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to the staff team, including conducting supervision, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of Care and Therapeutic Placement Plans, ensuring the children's emotional and mental health needs are met.
- Ensuring that all regulatory paperwork, logs, and reports are completed on time and meet required standards.
- Leading the team in planning, organising, and delivering activities that are appropriate to the children's emotional and developmental needs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Deputy Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Childrens home manager, home manager, care manager or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years experience in childcare.
- Experience at a senior level within this sector, ideally in childrens care.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare would be preferred.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Salary: £33,250 - £35,750 per annum
