Luxury Front Office Manager Wanted

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated individual to join the Maybourne Group as a Night Assistant Guest Services Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Represent management at night, maintaining standards by liaising with all hotel departments to ensure efficiency, and ensuring the security of all guests and the Hotel.
- Head and participate in the efficient running of the Front Desk and reservations desk, enforcing policies and procedures.
- Be fully conversant with Opera Cloud and follow LQA/ Forbes/ Maybourne's standards of work for the Front Office.
- Prior experience within Reception or Guest Relations.
- Previous work in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Demonstrated dedication to delivering consistent quality in product and service.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
