We are seeking an experienced Luxury Front Office Team Lead to join our team at COMO The Halkin in London Belgravia. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office department and maintaining the highest level of guest service standards.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality, with previous experience in supervising teams. You will be proactive, self-driven, and possess excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating genuine passion for guest service and enhancing our excellent 'surprise and delight' culture.
  • Assess guest issues and take prompt, appropriate action to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee handling of special room requests, accommodation needs, and billing instructions.
  • Ensure proper handling of VIP guests and long stay guests.
  • Supervise the work of your team, maintain motivation levels, and provide coaching for higher performance.
  • Review group arrivals and liaise with reservations for a smooth stay.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments and keep Front Office employees informed of relevant issues.

Requirements
  • Background in luxury hospitality environment.
  • Previous experience supervising a team.
  • A proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary Range: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum
