LTF Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Westminster, W9. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in supporting two Year 5 pupils who require additional emotional guidance. Your expertise will help create a safe and nurturing environment, allowing them to thrive academically and socially.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver individualised support and reinforcement to students.
- Collaborate with the SENCO to develop and implement tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of each pupil.
- Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff, promoting a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- A calm and confident approach, with a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Estimated salary: £98,800 per annum.
