London Area Service Sales Professional

We are recruiting a London Area Service Sales Professional to cover the London area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
- Use Otis' sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
- Collaborate with fellow team members to drive sales results
Requirements:
- A business or technical degree, or equivalent experience as a technician or technical business administrator
- Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation
- Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of commitment and reliability
