The Fife Arms Hotel, a renowned 5-star hotel in the heart of Scotland, is seeking a highly skilled Pastry Sous Chef to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a luxurious setting, with a reputation for excellence in hospitality and cuisine.
As Pastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and Head Chef in managing the pastry section, developing new menus, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Your expertise will contribute to the continued success of the hotel's award-winning culinary team.
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pastry team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Develop and implement new recipes, menu items, and promotions
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and sales data
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
