We are looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at The Fife Arms Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel in the Cairngorms National Park. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end kitchen, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and service.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and Head Chef in managing the pastry section, developing new menus, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Your skills and expertise will contribute to the continued success of the hotel's culinary team.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.

About the Role:

  • Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in leading the pastry team
  • Develop and implement new recipes, menu items, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
  • Ensure accurate records of inventory, production, and sales data
  • Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
