The Fife Arms Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel located in the Cairngorms National Park, seeks an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join their team. With two Michelin Keys and rated number 1 by Conde Nast Readers Choice, this prestigious establishment offers a unique opportunity for a skilled pastry professional to work in a world-class kitchen.

This role will support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in leading the culinary team, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency of dishes. As a key member of the pastry team, you will be responsible for implementing new recipes, menu development, and maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a similar environment
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety protocols
