Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled School Health Service Professional to join our team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality care to children and young people within schools and community settings.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a skilled, effective and evidence-based service to children and young people. You will act as a named school nurse for a cluster of nominated schools, applying specialist skills and knowledge in the delivery of the school health service.

The estimated salary for this position is £44,590 - £57,854 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering excellent healthcare services, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the CLCH safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as experience in leading/setting up or implementing training for various staff groups. They will also have knowledge of national policies for children and families, and evidence of recent professional development related to SEN.
