Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Education Mental Health Practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Team in Schools. The successful candidate will work closely with qualified professionals to support young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, helping children and young people access specialist services, and supporting staff in education settings to identify and manage mental health issues. You will also have the opportunity to work with experienced teams, develop your expertise, and contribute to improving the lives of children and young people in our region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people in education settings
- Help children and young people access specialist services when necessary
- Support staff in education settings to identify and manage mental health issues
- Collaborate with experienced teams to improve outcomes for children and young people

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust offers a competitive benefits package, including generous holiday entitlement and opportunities for professional development.
