About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Housing Officer to join our team at Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust. As a Community Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of sustainable communities, ensuring residents can live, grow, and thrive together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver community engagement and health and wellbeing activities to promote social cohesion and resident empowerment.
  • Use your knowledge of voids, lettings, income collection, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy management to provide a responsive and sensitive service to residents at risk.
  • Make referrals to relevant agencies where necessary to ensure residents receive the support they need.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver outstanding services to customers.
