We are excited to announce a new opportunity at The Wellness Agency, a leading provider of wellness services in Tower Hamlets, London. As an Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Spa Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Spa Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives, including representing the Spa at internal and external meetings.
- Ensure the smooth running of the Spa department on a day-to-day basis with effective communication.
- Implement company disciplinary and performance management procedures with the support of HR, where necessary and in line with council standards.
- Oversee the departmental Health and Safety records, ensuring all documentation is in date, and that all team members are fully conversant in all aspects of the H&S requirements.
- Actively contribute to the council's priorities and outcomes in a way that promotes a one organisation approach.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and communities to ensure the council and the directorate strategic priorities are effectively implemented.
- Ensure effective management of payroll costs for spa departments, in line with budget.
- Actively drive upselling within the Spa department by supporting the team, monitoring results, and setting targets.
- Ensure customers are satisfied by delivering a high standard of customer service, and ensure colleagues are satisfied by creating a strong and fair culture and effective communication.
