Senior Quality Assurance Role

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of quality management strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Main Objectives:- Develop and manage quality metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to establish and maintain quality procedures and processes.
- Identify and mitigate quality risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Salary: £72,500 per annum. Benefits include:
