About the Role: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts and ensuring that our IT systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Cross-train staff on quality procedures and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, or IT quality assurance, preferably within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with quality management systems, including CAPA, deviation, and change control processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
