About the Role

We are seeking a mental health professional with social work expertise to join our team in Redbridge, Elysium Healthcare. This role involves working with children with disabilities and requires a strong focus on assessment, intervention, and support planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of service user needs and developing tailored support plans.
  • Providing high-quality interventions and therapy sessions to promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records, including case notes and reports.
  • Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in the field.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional social work qualification (e.g., MSW or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying current with best practices and new developments in the field.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
