Job Description:
\The role of a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS involves providing therapy and managing staff members in the IMPART team. The team delivers third-wave CBT therapies to clients with personality disorders and high risk. The clinical psychologist will take responsibility for areas of team functioning and development.
\Key duties include managing referrals, line managing staff, negotiating client needs, and participating in team management. Additionally, the clinical psychologist will provide specialist assessments, interventions, and training to staff.
\The successful candidate will have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, accreditation with the BABCP, and experience working with personality disorders. They will also possess a coherent understanding of how adverse experiences impact mental health and well-being.
\Salary: £53,755-£60,504 per year (pro rata) + 15% High Cost Area Supplement (£4,551-£5,735)
