Head of ICT Sales in Germany

As the Head of ICT Sales in Germany, you will lead a high-performing sales team to drive business growth and revenue expansion. With a strong background in ICT Sales and marketing, you will develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in ICT Sales, preferably in the German market. Fluency in both Japanese and English is required, with German language skills being a plus. We offer a competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to contribute to our company's success in Germany.
