Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK and Germany. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by building relationships with e-merchants, including eCommerce, marketplaces, BtoC apps, mobility players, and SaaS editors.
You will work closely with George, Sales Expansion Manager in London, to execute the entire sales cycle for the mid-market segment in the UK and Germany, including prospecting, demonstration, commercial proposal, and closing.
Your key buyers will be Head of Customer Support, E-commerce Manager, Customer Care Manager, COO, CEO, CCO, Founders, and CRM Manager.
You will respond to tenders (RFI, RFP) and create complex sales proposals.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our market access strategy, including KPIs, personas, and USPs, and participate in marketing and growth actions.
You will be responsible for reporting and forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 3 years' experience in BtoB and/or SaaS and/or e-commerce sales is required.
You should have a strong desire to work in a dynamic and ambitious startup environment.
You should be eager to grow fast, learn quickly, and take on new responsibilities.
You should have a passion for sales fundamentals, measuring what works, and interacting with potential clients.
Excellent presentation skills and comfort with executive-level interaction are essential.
You should enjoy being challenged and pushing yourself.
Fluency in both English and German is a must.
