Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market share in the Home Care sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the local community, identifying opportunities to grow our business and increase market share.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve enquiry generation objectives, with a focus on bringing in new business and generating employment opportunities.
  • Design and deliver innovative marketing approaches to increase awareness of our client services and employment opportunities in the local community.
  • Research and plan regular community marketing events, including attending fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
  • Define marketing plans and digital media strategies that align with our brand guidelines, focusing on meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our brand and raise awareness of our National Office marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives across our network of relationships.
  • Accurately track and record enquiries, using the information to manage and adjust strategy to optimise messaging and education in the community.
  • Maintain accurate data and information to analyse performance, using data and information to continually assess performance against strategic goals.
  • Work with our Senior Leadership Team to ensure that our business maintains an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality services and support to the community.
  • Manage your time effectively, prioritising critical tasks and adapting to the changing needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in developing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships within a local community to achieve business objectives.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, with experience of using a range of marketing and communication approaches.
  • Experience of building relationships both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms.
  • Experience of using data and analytics to make informed business choices.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
