Job Summary:

Devonshire is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Services Officer to join their Corporate Services team in Glasgow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the legal teams, including filing, post, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Record Management: Maintain and update records management systems, ensuring full compliance with procedures and providing a complete audit trail.
  • Office Operations: Handle daily photocopying, printing, binding, and distribution of post, record registered letters, and manage scanned incoming mail logs.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels and collate files for archiving, liaising with fee earners as needed.
  • Digital Media: Process and upload digital media to OneDrive, ensuring appropriate access for solicitors and secretaries.
  • Logistics: Book couriers, log bookings, and verify invoices against bookings.
  • Customer Service: Act as a liaison for internal customers and stakeholders, providing high-quality service and forwarding relevant communications to fee earners.
