Establish a Seamless Specialized CF Service

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cystic Fibrosis Transformation Lead to provide clinical leadership and management of the CF Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team within Barts Health NHS Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills, shape the future of our CF service, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. You will support and manage a team of CNS's, lead on quality improvement projects, and contribute to service improvement and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in cystic fibrosis, experience in change management, and excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to analyze and act on research and changing environments, work collaboratively with adolescents and families with complex needs, and develop effective local and national networks.
