About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join AAK's team as a Health and Wellness Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote employee health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on health and wellness topics
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement wellness initiatives
  • Monitor and report on employee health metrics and trends

About You:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with experience in health promotion and wellness. As a Health and Wellness Manager, you will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to design engaging programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

In Return:

AAK offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
