Safety Manager

We are seeking a talented Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving EHS programs to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This will involve leading the development and execution of comprehensive EHS policies and procedures, acting as a key advisor on EHS matters, and overseeing risk assessments across all operations and facilities.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a thorough Health and Safety training plan, managing PPE, COSHH, and industrial hygiene monitoring, and leading the Employee Safety Representatives / EHS Committee. Additionally, you will conduct regular site safety inspections, GEMBAs, and safety and environmental audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong understanding of EHS legislation and best practices within the EMEA region. You will have a NEBOSH Diploma or similar safety accreditation/qualification, IEMA or equivalent environmental accreditation/qualification, and proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
