**Job Title:** Senior Construction Manager

First Recruitment Group - IT is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead commercial aspects of projects and drive procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

**Estimated Salary:** £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.

As a seasoned Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading all commercial aspects of allocated projects, including risk and opportunity management. You will also drive procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) projects, ideally EPC with electrical, mechanical, and civil scope. They should have expertise in NEC4 contracts (Options A, C, and E) and bespoke forms of contracts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead all commercial aspects of allocated projects, including risk and opportunity management.
  • Drive procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Provide financial performance reports, including forecasting, cash flow, and profit/loss statements.
