Construction Project Manager

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at beBee Professionals, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects in Runcorn, United Kingdom. Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor and manage project cash flows and budgets.
• Identify and assess commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
• Full UK driving license.
