Community Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Community Experience Manager to drive the development and execution of our community strategy, leading to sustained growth and increased member engagement.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of community building and a deep understanding of what makes communities thrive.
About This OpportunityThis full-time role offers a unique chance to make a real impact on our business, driving commercial growth and collaboration across the organisation.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus a profit share, matched pension, and generous annual leave.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to the role and monitor to track progress and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Support the commercial growth of the business in line with strategic ambitions through activities within this role but also through close collaboration with peers within the LCS and across the wider Group.
