Job Title: Production / Administrative Coordinator

Location: Scotland (onsite)

Type: Contract (12 months)

Job Summary

The Production / Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining the SAP system updated with material movement.
  • Facilitate the flow of information with Quality and Finance departments.
  • Support the Supply Chain and Operations to ensure all assets, processes, and procedures meet GMP/GDP requirements.
  • Translate forecasts into production schedules, batch allocations, and shipping tables.
  • Monitor and accommodate changes requested by customers.
  • Raise change controls where necessary and update/create new SOPs.
  • Support the team with the process of movement of goods for products and materials through the SAP system.
  • Raise quotations and invoices to clients as required.
  • Place purchase orders for applicators and finished products in SAP.
  • Ensure all Supply Chain documentation is generated, maintained, and stored in compliance with SOPs and to meet supply requirements.
  • Monitor and update the KPIs of contractors.
  • Update and keep accurate records for EBITDA.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all suppliers.
Requirements
  • A degree is desirable but not essential depending on candidate and relevant experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skills.
  • Proficient (excellent) in English verbal and written communication skills to convey and receive ideas and instructions to/from others within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, management, suppliers, and customers.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
