Production Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production / Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.
- Facilitate communication between the Quality and Finance departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and change controls.
- Coordinate the movement of goods and materials through the SAP system, including purchasing, receiving, and shipping.
- Prepare quotations and invoices for clients as required.
- Place purchase orders for applicators and finished products in SAP.
- Monitor and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for contractors.
- Update and maintain accurate records for EBITDA.
- Maintain a good working relationship with all suppliers.
Requirements:
- A degree is desirable but not essential, depending on the candidate's relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
