Job Title: Production / Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production / Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through our SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP requirements
* Facilitate communication between Quality, Finance, and Operations departments
* Translate forecasts into production schedules, batch allocations, and shipping tables
* Monitor and update KPIs for contractors
* Maintain accurate records for EBITDA
* Place purchase orders for applicators and finished product in SAP
* Ensure all Supply Chain documentation is generated, maintained, and stored in compliance with SOPs

Requirements:

* A degree is desirable but not essential, depending on candidate and relevant experience
* Ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skills
* Proficient in English verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, management, suppliers, and customers
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
* Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
