Job Title: Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our Preproduction department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of clinical trial packaging documentation to meet client, study, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with relevant SOPs and GMP high-quality standards, ensuring all deviations are documented as required.
  • Participate in the implementation of new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to the Preproduction department.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all deviations are documented as required.
  • Report any issues that may impact the quality or timelines specified for the packaging of supplies to your Line Manager.
Requirements:
  • Pharma experience or education is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
